Financial Aid or Cookie Dough Deposit

*This is ONLY for those requesting GSWW financial aid or using cookie dough.

PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY:

FINANCIAL AID:

1.) Let us know you are applying for GSWW financial aid via email or on your camper registration form. Email: director@campohahlaylay.com

2.) This alerts us to check on the status of your FA application so that we don’t bug you for camp payments :)

3.) Pay $25 deposit to hold your camper’s spot ($25 PER camper)

4.) Apply for GSWW Financial Aid: LINK HERE to apply for Financial Aid.

COOKIE DOUGH:

1.) Theoretically (cough cough, ahem)… your cookie dough card should work as a credit card here on the website…so you SHOULD be able to return (when the money is on the card) to pay for fees via credit card.

2.) If you run into any problems, or need to wait for your cookie dough money/top seller discount: Place a $25 deposit here for EACH camper that is paying with cookie dough. If you would like to pay the full camp amount with a cookie dough card, we will refund your deposit after cookie dough money is received.

3.) Email us at director@campohahlaylay.com with the following info in it’s entirety:

-Is the Girl Scout using a Top Cookie Seller discount? (50% off one GSWW camp session) (Yes or No)

-Cookie Dough Cardholder First/Last Name

-Billing Address

-Card number

-3 digit code

-Expiration month/year

-Amount paying with Cookie Dough card

Before entering Cookie Dough information make sure that:

- Card is active

- Amount of available Cookie Dough is greater than or equal to amount requested
